Security and confidentiality is our highest priority. Employees of Business Data Record Services are bonded, insured and complete the following pre-hire checks:
- Social Security Trace
- Federal & County Criminal Records Review
- Pre-Employment and Ongoing Drug Screening
- Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements
Deliveries are transported in company owned vehicles equipped with GPS tracking, two-way communication and operated by Business Data Record Services employees. Vehicles are locked and secured. Motor vehicle reports are run several times a year to review the current driving record of all drivers.
When visiting Business Data Record Services, clients must identify themselves and provide picture ID. Every visitor is required to sign in and receive a visitor badge. Visitors are accompanied by a Business Data Record Services employee at all times. Employees are required to wear a company photo ID badge.
An international trade association for the information destruction industry. NAID offers a voluntary certification program conducted by Pinkerton, Inc. Criteria involves both annual and unannounced onsite audits of building and transportation security, destruction processes, employee background checks, plus insurance and bonding requirements. Business Data Record Services carries the highest AAA rating.
The NAID Certification Program establishes standards for employee hiring and screening, operations, destruction process and insurance as well as other business factors for Business Data Record Services.
