Business Data Record Services' buildings are company owned and maintained, constructed of fire retardant material (concrete block & steel) and surrounded by security fencing. Facilities are equipped with fire suppression systems, motion detectors, smoke and heat sensors, swipe card access (FOB) as well as exterior and interior surveillance cameras. Fire and intrusion alarms are monitored 24/7 by a central station.
